Reflagging of vessels to Norwegian flag (NIS) and refinancing basis sustainable linked loans

Three Tailwind Management projects have been refinanced with Sparebanken Vest based on new SLL-facilities (Sustainability Linked Loans) where the AER (Annual Efficiency Ratio) is measured annually against a target reducing trajectory.  

As part of the refinancing process all three vessels, (“Dreggen”/“Ulriken”/ “Skarven”) were re-flagged to the Norwegian Ship Registry and as a result all 6 vessels owned by Tailwind Management projects are flying the Norwegian Flag.
